A generation defined by technology — connected yet isolated, validated yet uncertain, forever scrolling for meaning in the glow of their own reflection.
Entitled generation,
Misguided aspiration,
Addicted to temptation,
Instant gratification.
Coveting veneration,
Needing their validation,
Through public affirmation.
Epidemic in the nation,
But breeding desolation,
Increasing aggravation,
Instigating damnation—
Not a hope for cessation.
But what is their salvation?
Through widespread education,
Access to information,
Abundant innovation—
A thought of deviation,
Creating a foundation,
Human rights inspiration,
Changing legislation,
Cultural alteration,
Accepting variation,
Enforcing toleration
Throughout the population.
